AFS has a proven implementation methodology and they have the experience.  We followed their suggestions of the type of people we should include on our implementation team – people from Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, etc. Their project management is strong as is their communication. 

Would I use the same approach again?  Most definitely! The AFS resources were available when we needed them.  We were never held up in our implementation due to not getting answers or training.
